Rental Property Owners  Association (formerly Landlords of Mid-Michigan) was established by leaders in the industry in 1971 who recognized the need to organize collectively to advance the standards of rental property ownership, to establish cooperative programs and services for the collective benefit of members, and to monitor the laws, rules and regulations that inhibit the ability of rental property owners to provide safe, affordable and suitable housing for a great segment of the population.

With a dedicated staff, we provide our members with a full range of operational resources, including operational advice and lobbying. By providing our  members with a members only comprehensive resource hub, RPOAMM provides a foundation for success in the rental housing industry.
